Hydrotherm Massage (coming soon - new treatment in August)

Hydrotherm Massage involves a unique three dimensional massage technique where the client is supported on two pillows of warm water in perfect spinal alignment and remains face up throughout the treatment.

The therapist slides their hands under, over and around the client's body in an uninterrupted motion using the client's own bodyweight as a source of pressure and water displacement instead of lifting the client.

This facilitates a deep 'holistic' massge technique where the gentle heat of the water increases the circulation and removal of toxins, and improves the efficiency of essential oils if used with aromatherapy.

Hydrotherm Massage achieves new heights in relaxation and can be particularly beneficial to clients unable to lie face down or turn over easily, for example, pregnant, elderly, claustrophobic or asthmatic clients.

Hopi Ear Candling is soothing and helpful for conditions such as earache, headaches, migraine, sinusitis, rhinitis and aids in the body's natural expulsion of ear wax. Excellent for balancing before taking a flight and is also relaxing and calming for stress symptoms, stimulating energy points and reflex zones.
